Mostly ferry boats can hold around 500 passengers in their 1st class 2-bed cabins, 2nd class 4-bed cabins and 3rd class 6-8 bed cabins. On board facilities varies from boats, too. Mostly there is reception, lobby, restaurant, public observation lounge; some could have game room, beauty salon and so on. Sightseeing on available top sun deck is chargeable.
Ferry boat has some different shore excursions as those star-rated cruises go, e.g. Green Dragon Waterfall, Jiuwanxi Stream and Zhangfei Temple.
Surely ferry boat is not as good as those star-rated cruises, they are super cheap accordingly and you will not miss some highlights in the Yangtze.
