We are both well. Patricia has recovered and is well again.

The Yangtze trip was great (apart from the weather) and we would recommend the Victoria Ship Anna to anyone. We ended up paying extra (3500 RMB) for an upgrade to the junior suite which was great. This gave us access to the executive dining room for breakfast and lunch which was great because there were only about 10 - 12 people eating there. The crew on the ship was outstanding and we hope to return one day when the weather is better haha.


We were also very happy with Yatour, our visit to Chongqing and yourself and our stay and Yichang and our guide. We will certainly recommend Yatour to anyone.

Hope you are well. We loved meeting you also what a beautiful young lady you are. I have just arrived back at work and have been very busy catching up with all that went on when I was away. We so appreciate all you did for us to help make our trip so pleasurable. I have already recommended you to someone that would like to do the Yangszte Cruise. I have some flights ready to go for a trip to China I am doing later this year. I was just thinking maybe you can do a better price for me. The dates leaving Perth 27th Oct For Hong Kong and then on to Xian. We don’t need to go to Hong Kong if there is a better route. We leave Xian on 6th Nov and are going to Hong Kong for two days and then home to Perth on the 8th Nov. I am looking for approx 8 people. Let me know what price you can do those fares for before I book them from here.

Dear Crystal,

We have only just recovered from the journey home from Yichang!!!!
“The Yang Tze cruise was excellent – your organization was superb – and our afternoon in Chongqing very enjoyable and a very memorable hilight of our holiday – Thankyou.”

The weather and visibility were poor, but the quality of the Victoria Anna and her crew was excellent.

The YangTze is truly spectacular.

My only regret is that we did not do it 10 years ago. However, I am sure that the economic well being of the regions, in general, and the future generations will be much enhanced.

I feel bad -- you had to work so much. And you worked late!

The information you gave me in INVALUABLE!! You can't begin to imagine the hardship and tears you have saved me.

Our whole trip to China was only possible because of you. I know many people who travel to China.

Dear Crystal,
Just wanted you to know that we had a wonderful trip down the Yangtze. We would recommend it to anyone, and would recommend your service as well. (In fact, we did !) We were met at each place at the right time. The guides and drivers were great. We enjoyed each activity, in ChongQing, WuHan, and each of the stops on the 3 Gorges.
The ship was great, the staff very accomodating and enjoyable, the translators terrific, and the food also very, very good.

Just wanted you to know that we had a great time, and appreciate so much your help in getting everything arranged!

Good morning,

For the last 3 months I have been in contact with CRYSTAL (and occasionally MARK) she has been organising an individual tour for my husband and I. She has conducted herself in the most professional, caring and considerate manner, in the face of adversity, at times.

Thanks again Crystal for all your patience and assistance in organising this tour. Your blood is worth bottling. That means you are absolutely wonderful and I’d love to take you home with me.

I find organising holidays on the internet challenging to say the least.

Crystal has stepped me through the process. And always maintained a happy, helping demeanour. She has the ability to put a personal face to your organisation. I have appreciated her help every step of the way.

Without her assistance and patience I would have arranged a tour through an Australian company. However I do like to give the local companies the business.

Due to my lack of computer skills she has even on occasion given me a quick course in computer functioning.

Should you have rewards in your organisation for work over and above the call of duty, I highly recommend Crystal for some kind of recognition.

I will recommend your company without hesitancy to friends and family, should they decide to travel in China.
