Shennong Steam's Location:
560KM(350miles)from Chongqing
80KM(50miles) from Yichang

How to get to Shennong Stream:
boat from Chongqing or Yichang along Yangtze River
bus to Badong from Yichang

Shennong Stream is 60km long rising in the southern part of Shennongjia Nature Reserve. The Stream flows from north to south through deep gorges and finally merges with the Yangtze at the mouth of Wuxiz Gorge. The crystal clear and unpolluted water flows very swiftly. A sampan tour will give you an idea of just how powerful the current is! Shennong Stream is indeed a very attractive scenic spot.
